Your use of AnonViewr is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

About AnonViewr

AnonViewr provides browser-based tools intended to help users access and explore supported publicly available or otherwise legitimately accessible social content. Available tools may include viewers for profiles, stories, videos, comments, images, thumbnails, posts, and other content types.

Features vary by platform and may change over time. Supported platforms currently include:

AnonViewr does not claim official partnerships with these platforms unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Eligibility and Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Using the service lawfully.
• Complying with applicable laws.
• Complying with third-party platform rules where applicable.
• Ensuring you are authorized to submit information or URLs.
• Maintaining the security of any AnonViewr account credentials.
• Providing accurate information when creating an account or contacting support.

You must not use AnonViewr in a manner that violates the rights of others or applicable law.

If applicable law requires parental or guardian authorization for your use of online services, you are responsible for obtaining that authorization.

Permitted Use

You may use AnonViewr for lawful activities such as:

• Viewing supported publicly accessible social content.
• Researching public profiles or posts.
• Accessing public thumbnails, comments, videos, or similar supported content.
• Using AnonViewr tools for personal or professional workflows where lawful.
• Contacting support.
• Using Free, Pro, or Custom features in accordance with applicable plan limits.

Availability of a tool does not mean every requested piece of content can or will be returned.

Prohibited Use

Users must not:

• Use AnonViewr for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to bypass private-account settings.
• Attempt to defeat authentication or access controls.
• Submit stolen credentials, passwords, or private authentication tokens.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits.
• Abuse or overload the service.
• Run malicious automated traffic.
• Scrape AnonViewr in ways that harm service availability.
• Introduce malware or malicious code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to AnonViewr systems.
• Interfere with service security.
• Impersonate another person where unlawful or misleading.
• Use AnonViewr to harass, stalk, threaten, or unlawfully monitor others.
• Violate intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Use the service in violation of third-party platform rules or applicable law.
• Resell or commercially exploit access where prohibited by the applicable plan or agreement.

Public Content and Third-Party Platform Limitations

AnonViewr is designed around supported content that is publicly available or otherwise legitimately accessible. AnonViewr does not guarantee access to private, deleted, restricted, blocked, age-restricted, authentication-protected, or otherwise unavailable third-party content.

Tool names containing terms such as “private,” “anonymous,” “blocked,” “stalker,” “hidden,” or similar search-oriented wording do not mean that AnonViewr bypasses privacy, authentication, security, or access controls.

Actual results depend on third-party platform availability, public visibility, technical limitations, and other factors outside AnonViewr’s control.

User Inputs and Viewer Requests

Users may enter usernames, profile URLs, post URLs, video URLs, public identifiers, and other supported content references.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is lawful and appropriate for the requested use.

Submitted inputs may be processed as necessary to provide the requested functionality.

Accounts

Some AnonViewr features, including certain Pro or account-based features, may require users to create an account.

Account users are responsible for providing reasonably accurate information, keeping credentials secure, avoiding irresponsible credential sharing, and notifying support@anonviewr.com about suspected unauthorized account access.

AnonViewr may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or present security, abuse, or legal concerns.

Plans and Service Levels

Plan features, limits, and availability may change over time. Current plan information should be reviewed on the Pricing page.

Payments and Paid Services

If you purchase a paid AnonViewr plan, applicable fees, billing frequency, and included features should be shown before purchase or agreed as part of a Custom arrangement.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply.

Where a subscription is offered on a recurring basis, the applicable checkout or account interface should disclose the recurring nature of the charge before purchase.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation, downgrade, upgrade, renewal, and refund options may depend on the specific paid plan and payment arrangement. Where applicable, the relevant terms should be presented during checkout, in the user’s account, or as part of a Custom agreement.

Intellectual Property

The AnonViewr website, branding, interface, original text, graphics, software, layout, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws to the extent permitted by law.

Users may not:

• Copy or reproduce substantial portions of the site without permission.
• Misrepresent AnonViewr branding.
• Remove ownership notices.
• Reverse engineer proprietary functionality where prohibited by law.
• Use trademarks in a misleading way.

Third-party platform names, logos, trademarks, content, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Feedback and Suggestions

If you voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions, or feature ideas, AnonViewr may use that feedback to improve the service without creating an obligation to implement the suggestion or compensate the sender, except where otherwise agreed.

Third-Party Platforms, Services, and Links

AnonViewr may interact with, reference, or link to third-party platforms and services. These third parties operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy practices, restrictions, and technical requirements.

AnonViewr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Reddit, or Snapchat unless explicitly stated otherwise.

AnonViewr is not responsible for third-party websites or services that it does not control.

Service Availability and Changes

AnonViewr may add, remove, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features or tools as the service evolves. Reasons may include technical changes, third-party platform changes, security, abuse prevention, legal requirements, maintenance, or product development.

AnonViewr does not guarantee that every viewer, platform, or feature will always be available or operate without interruption.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AnonViewr is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, accurate, or compatible with every third-party platform or device.

Results obtained through viewer tools may depend on third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or changed without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AnonViewr and those involved in operating the service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Your Responsibility for Misuse

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses, claims, or disputes arising from your unlawful use of AnonViewr, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Suspension or Termination

AnonViewr may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, or risks to the service or other users.

Users may stop using the service at any time. Account or subscription cancellation options, where applicable, depend on the relevant plan and billing setup.

Compliance with Applicable Law

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of AnonViewr complies with laws, regulations, contractual restrictions, and third-party rights applicable to them.

AnonViewr may take steps reasonably necessary to comply with lawful requests or legal obligations.

Changes to These Terms

AnonViewr may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service, business practices, legal requirements, or technical functionality.

When these Terms are updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.

Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective may be subject to the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific or transaction-specific terms presented to you, form the agreement governing your use of AnonViewr to the extent applicable.
